Each client should complete an Intake Form prior to their appointment time. You can complete this here.

Can I email documentation?

No. Due to the safety and security of your private documentation, we cannot accept anything through email. We do offer a secure portal for all our clients to safely upload documentation to share with us.

Do you have support videos for your Portal?

When will my taxes be filed?

There are several deadlines the IRS requires your documentation to be filed. Prior to each deadline, we need ALL of your tax documentation uploaded to your portal, at least 2 weeks prior to each deadline, to ensure that we have enough time to prep and prepare your return for filing. If the documentation is incomplete or not provided in time, we can file an extension for you to allow more time to complete your return.

REMEMBER - an extension is an extension of TIME to file, not time to pay. If you have any payments due to the IRS, please send your payment in.
