Meet Marianne
Marianne Borneman is the founder of Real Clear Tax Advice from Access Tax Solutions, and an Enrolled Agent with unlimited rights to represent individual and business taxpayers before the IRS. Prior to her tax career, she spent over 15 years in the corporate world developing a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of running a business. She is intimately familiar with the failings of the traditional financial world and now strives to effectively serve diverse communities.
In her spare time, she loves talking finance strategy, going on walks with her dog, gardening, riding her bike, attending women owned business meetings, and supporting domestic violence prevention programs.
Meet Kiki
Kiki is a Tax Preparer at Access Tax Solutions, bringing a background that spans tax preparation, business operations, and real estate investing. She joined the team in 2026 and quickly became a valued resource for both clients and colleagues. As a small business owner herself, she understands firsthand the financial complexities that come with running a business, from navigating payroll and entity structures to managing rental properties and overseeing investment accounts.
Kiki is currently pursuing the Enrolled Agent credential and is committed to ongoing professional development to better serve the clients who trust Access Tax Solutions with their financial and tax needs.
When she's not working through tax returns, she can be found cooking, biking, playing pickleball or mahjong, and connecting with people over shared interests and big ideas.
Meet Jaime
Jaime is the Operations Manager at Access Tax Solutions and your go to resource for customer support and day-to-day operations. She began her career in the finance industry in 2012 and started working with Marianne in the summer of 2023. After supporting the firm's growth and operations, she officially joined the Access Tax Solutions team in 2024.
Jaime brings extensive operational experience and a strong focus on organization, client communication, and process management. She is committed to maintaining accurate records, streamlining workflows, and helping ensure a positive experience for every client.
When she is not at her desk, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, running a seasonal mobile lemonade business, and working her way through an ever growing stack of books to read.
